Federal agencies buy the same services you already provide — grounds and landscaping, custodial work, pest control, tree work, hauling, building trades. Much of it is recurring, multi-year work, it pays reliably, and a lot of it goes to companies no bigger than yours.
Most local companies never go after it, because getting registered, keeping up with wage rules, and dealing with government invoicing isn't worth the hassle. Fair enough — that's the part we take on.
We HandleFinding the work, bidding it, managing the contract, the compliance and wage paperwork, and getting the invoices paid.
You HandleThe work itself — your crews, your equipment, your schedule — on a normal subcontract.
No Experience NeededYou don't need to know anything about federal contracting. Whatever's needed on your end is small, and we walk you through it.
How the money works. You're paid as a subcontractor at the price you quote — we're not charging you a fee, and there's no retainer. Our margin is built into the contract price we bid to the government, the same source your payment comes from. If we don't win the job, neither of us has spent anything but time.
